![]() ![]() OShea The Apple url you shared also say to contact the developer (Adobe here) to get the compatibility information. ![]() We (atleast I) do not have any issues installing Rosetta, but as stated above, the information is not clearĢ. Before coming to Google search for a solution, I contacted Adobe support who themselves were not able to address the same issue as they also did not communicated what Screen Name clearly mentioned. ![]() Adobes contractor says that based on all benchmarks conducted, Creative Cloud is on. Hence as per experience, Adobe is to blame here for improper communication. Premiere Pros M1 support, currently in beta, will be available soon. I was trying to find the M1 compatible app. Hence it was not evident that Adobe Lightroom in my case is native M1 compatible. It’s going to be a while until CC really shines on Apple’s silicon. Based on the shear power of the M1 I was expecting it to be a tad faster, even while running through Rosetta 2, that is not the case. General speed of operation is a little lower than on an Intel 6-core Mac mini. They recently made a public update to Premiere Pro 2021 and Media Encoder 2021 (version 15.4.0) that will be compatible with Apple silicon by default, even when you don't ask for it (of course only if your system is compatible, with a M1 chip for now). It leads now to nowhere in particular among the cloud - capped summits of the Andes. Adobe CC runs on M1 via Rosetta, but it is somewhat flakey in places. Adobe has been working for a year to bring Apple silicon compatibility to their Adobe Creative Cloud software. It was this forum only where I or others got to know that the installer require Rosetta and not the actual app. HOWARD VINCENT'S brightly written little book puts in a. The experience of communication is being destroyed here. ![]()
